We share your information only as necessary to deliver our services:

- Drivers: Your name, pickup location, contact number, and trip itinerary are shared with your assigned driver.

- Payment processors: Stripe processes your payment information. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.

- Service partners: Hotels and attraction booking partners receive relevant trip details when you request booking assistance.

- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by Chinese law or to protect the safety of our travelers and staff.

We never sell your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on servers located in Singapore and protected by industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest).

Access to personal data is restricted to authorized staff on a need-to-know basis. All employees sign confidentiality agreements and undergo data protection training.

Payment information is processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
