What is included in a private car tour?

Every tour includes a private vehicle, professional driver, hotel pickup and drop-off, and all tolls and parking fees. Entrance tickets to attractions are not included unless specified.

Can I customize the itinerary?

Yes! All our tours are flexible. You can discuss your preferences with the driver and adjust stops along the way. For major changes, we recommend using our Custom Tour form.

What happens if there's overtime?

If your tour goes beyond the scheduled duration, overtime charges apply at the rate listed on each product page (per 30 minutes). Your driver will inform you before any extra charges.

Is there Wi-Fi in the vehicles?

Most of our MPVs and vans come equipped with portable Wi-Fi hotspots. Sedans may not have Wi-Fi. You can request it as an add-on during booking.
